I started Bilkent University, the department of Psychology in 2014. I worked as a volunteer Human Resources Responsible in Radio Bilkent for 4 years and completed my minor in the department of Communication and Design. I graduated from Bilkent University in 2018 and have been working in Deloitte Turkey as an HR Analyst since then. My responsibilities include performance management, creating job descriptions, policies and procedures and global reporting. I am also a member of Deloitte Global’s Industrial & Organizational Psychology Community of Practice.
